Returns Policy

30-Day Returns — We offer a 30-day return policy from the delivery date. Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

How to Return — Email [email protected] with your order number to start a return.

Refund Timeline — Refunds processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the return. Original shipping is not refunded unless the item was damaged or defective.

Damaged Items — Defective or damaged items get a full replacement or refund. We cover return shipping for these cases.

Non-Returnable — Digital products, gift cards, and opened hygiene products are not eligible for return for health and safety reasons.
